I finally decided to get the dust out of my PC and here are the results:

Before:
Idle / (Running Folding@Home)
CPU - 52C / 62C

After:
CPU - 42C / 46C

AMD Athlon XP 2500+ @ 2.1GHz
Asus A7V8X
Thermaltake Volcano 11 Xazer Edition
1GB PC2700 DDR
2 SATA 120GB HDDs
1 IDE 250GB HDD (which is faster than any of the two SATA Drives 8O )
Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 128MB

I have an older XP2000 that began suffereing from high temps several months ago...as in cpu temps of 95C!

Cleaned the core, reapplied new thermal past (the original had dried/hardened a bit), and back down to normal....

I also cleaned my PC today. It didn't have too much dust inside, but my F@H temp went down to 46C from 52C after cleaning. I have AXP 2400+ running at stock speed, undervolted to 1.55v
