AMD 64 3200+ VENICE or WINCHESTER?

Im getting my rig shipped tonight. I was wondering if both venice and winchester are s939 and if yes is the winchester better with 1MB cache?

And jus t as a general comparison if i overclock my venice 2.0 to 2.5 Ghz how much is that equal to a pentium? j/w :?:

The Winchester core is a littel older, I believe, and built on .13 um process, where the Venice is a 90 nm core that usually runs slightly cooler; additionally, The Venice core has the SSE3 extensions/functionality....

My take? Get the Venice core...
