Hi All,

I had a problem with some of my games and I just wanted to put it here in case someone else has the same problem. Under Display Timing there is an option called Enable doublescan for lower resolution. On my system with this enabled in 800 X 600 any game that starts in 800 X 600 I would get an over frequency in my monitor and the screen would go blank. I contacted Microsoft, Geforce, EvGa, and anyone else I thought that could help, and could not figure it out till one day I stumbled on to this option. Once I unchecked this option everything worked fine. If you are having strange problems with your video uncheck this and see if it helps.

I believe it has something to do with your SLI set up. SLI renders the top half with one card, and the bottom half with another. Look into that. Hope it helps.

heck no but I would say that most of the games on the market start in that resolution by default; I play games in 1280 X 1024 as a minimum. 4 months in Iraq gave me the money and the notion to buy this system. I will try tonight to go out of SLI and see if that fixes my problem. Thanks for your replies.
