Hello,

How can I reset the region lock on my dvd, it's on 3 now and I need it to go on 1. Also what exactly is "Vendor reset" As suppose to User reset.?

Also How come Region-free software is not able to view the DVD region 1 when put into a DVD region 3 setup drive, while the Region Free CSS software is operative ?
