I've tried tham all on my 9800 Pro Mark and I really feel that the
4.11's are the best of the lot. And the 4.12's are, by far, the worst.
You'll get lots of opinions on this one. But that's my story and I'm
    sticking to it.

Oh and check your BIOS and turn off DAC Snoop if it is on.

    Carl,

I installed the Windows XP - Unified Driver from Nvidia's web site. It is
version 5.10. I think this is the only chipset driver for this mother board.
Am I correct?? Another question is DAC Snoop the same thing as PCI/VGA
    Palette Snoop???

I do know one thing I am going to have to get some more fans in this case as
it is running a lot warmer than it was with my old video card.

    THANKS,
    Mark Newby

The best I've found are from here- http://www.omegadrivers.net/

Slightly tweaked and optimized drivers which have always done wonders on

Now I'm confused? You said you installed a ATI card but just loaded the unified XP driver?

And if your BIOS doesn't show a DAC Snoop but rather a PCI/VGA Palette Snoop? You BIOS thinks you have a PCI card it
appears to me. Do you have two cards on that machine?

    Carl,

The unified drivers were for the mother board....... It has the Nividia
    NForce2 chip set on it.

I only have the ATI AGP video card in this computer.
Now I am also confused....... I am googleing to see what I can find out....

    Bill,

From what I have read, and I MAY BE WRONG......... It seems some BIOS's call
it DAC Snoop, and some call it PCI/VGA Pallet Snoop. It seems a lot of links
I ran into for DAC Snoop were from Dell forums. If you have a link that says
other wise PLEASE post and I will check it out.

    THANKS!!!
