Have a Win2k server that is running term. serv. in Admin mode. Want to
change this to Application Mode to open for more users. Is there a way to
change the term. server installation, or must the service be un-installed
and re-installed in the correct mode?

To change mode from Remote Admin to Application Server is easy
enough. Control Panel - Add/Remove programs - Add/Remove Windows
component - Terminal Server - choose the correct mode.

BUT: before you make this switch, you will have to uninstall any
applications that will be used by multiple users. Then install TS in
Application mode and then install your applications again, using
"install mode".
