6800GS SHADER problem?

Hello.

Just got a new PC.....

AMD64 3200+
Asus a8n-sli mobo
Enermax 500W liberty PSU
1 gig OCZ premier series RAM
LG DVDwriter
MSI nX 6800 GS 256 MB (425/1000)

the PROBLEM is when i run far cry .....i see alot of HUGE black patches ont he ground .....also the water which is supposed be all reflection and REALlife like......appears all plain. i have all the drivers , dirext X and service packs.

whats the problem here......it only FAR CRY ...all other games run so effin smoothly

i had a similar problem with a few textures in the far cry demo when i tried to run it with my 6600 128mb but everything else is fine. i just assume its either the far cry demo or nvidia just hates crysoft
