Problem with visibility when using FS2004 with real weathe..

Hi All

Using FS2004 SP1 - when I fly with weather set to fine, I get nice
clear scenery. However, if I select "real weather with updates every
15 minutes", I sem to be in haze/fog until about 5000' - even if the
weather is really fine and sunny. Any thoughts?
