Ok... How exactly can I keep my CPU freq. from fluxuating?

I play and adore Americas Army to death (Uses UE2.5 engine)... Problem is that it doesnt like my system and never has.

In order to keep my game from crashing, I use speed fan to OC it to 140mhz from 133mhz and it keeps the CPU freq. in check. My temps stay nice and low (Max 48C) and the game stays stable up untill it reaches about 10 players in the server...

Asus A7n8x-E 2400+ 768mb (3x 256) mixed DDR 6800nu 500w Aspire

Its realy getting annoying! Any advice on fixing this problem, or keeping my CPU stable? My other games run just fine though...

To be more clear... The game has a "critical error" and crashes... The computer still runs fine.

The weird thing that the game wont run at stock speed... Only while the CPU is OC'd

I will check the Spread spec. Though...

Ram Voltage is already at 2.8 (max)

ROFL... I thaught you where talking about updating the engine inside the game...

This is an online game... So I would have to always have he newest patch to play!
