I have this one;
ABIT AN8 Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
Model #: AN8
Item #: N82E16813127197 $94.00

Nice NV4 non-Ultra MB, great for OCing, has the 2 40mm fans over the power regulators that helps pull CPU exhaust air out keep the regulators cool for OCing (but no Parallel or serial ports) and unless you plan on SATA II the Non-Ultra is every bit as good.

I have had the ASRock 939Dual for about 6 months because i had a Radeon 9800 AIW AGP card that i didnt want to get rid of quite yet. I have it paired up with a AMD64 3500+ Venice and i have had absolutely 0 problems. I would definetly recommend this board IF you dont plan on doing a bunch of overclocking. Its big bonus is that you can have an AGP card and/or PCI-E card and it also has support for future socket M2 with the purchace of a adapter card. This budget board i believe is well worth a look.
