please help i have a p4 3.4.the motherboard is a elite group 915.m5.the problem is i cannot get this pc to install bt broadband drivers for a voyager100 usb adsl modem. The drivers just wont go on. it gets to the restart machine phase then error message comes up when the the install is trying to finish please help me cause im crap with pcs.=] :D

I had this problem every time i rang up they sent me to india and after an hour of trying there solutions they put a major error on my computer so i told them to cancel my account. then they put me though to someone in the UK and he said the voyager100 was rubbish (this was a man that works for bt) and he sent me out the 250 with worked straight away
