I want to build w neww machine that using AMD 939 X2. The OS is Linux 64.
Does any one know what kind of the MB I should I buy.

I agree.

nForce4 939 + nVidia VGA (ATI cards still have some problems under Linux).

I love ASUS but Epox, DFI and MSI are great too :D
