Yeah this is one of those respond or miss out deals, which it really shouldn't be like that, BMG has all its past members on record, so they should just go by that and reimburse, but the way its setup respond or loose out. 
I guess you can't blame them for that, we're talking a lot of money here!
Its kinda funny them saying they're not admitting any guilt, but are making recompense anyway, reminds me of Michael Jackson for some reason!
