When requestion RMA how long does it take ATI to respond

Hi,

recently my 9800 pro broke so i went to the ATI website to request RMA, i wrote in all the stuff like card ID ect and sent it off, its been 1 week and still no response.

does it normally take this long?

Direct manufacturer RMA's tend to take longer than ones from retail stores. Drop them an email if ya like.
