Yup I just order that Combo myself. Got the Opteron 165 dual-core and XFX 7800GT!
Was going get a 7800GT and OEM CPU which was $20 less than retail cause I got a Zalman CNPS9500 but with this combo I saved $10 going with the retail, so that works for me.
