TV tunner recomindations

I'm looking for tv tunner that can do the following

1. Recive input from a coaxial cable for cable tv.
2. Recive input from a dvd player either through a composite cable or through and s-video cable.

3. The output to my monitor is going to be handled by a 7800 gtx card. (not sure of the exect one).

4. Well my choices for graphics card include an S-Video out, I would prefer to be able to switch between watching tv on my monitor to watching tv on my tv using the remote. If that's possible..

Also how is audio handled, perferably I would like to use my computer speakers when using my monitor and tv speakers when usign my tv.
