Hi,

A simple question in WinXP :
Is there a way to change a cd-rom drive letter (like from D: to H:) ?

Yes there is. Go to Start, Run, and type "diskmgmt.msc"
In the program that opens you should see all of the disks and partitions on
your system. Right click your CD-ROM drive and select "Change drive letters
and paths". In the box that pops up click the change button and select a
free drive letter. Now click ok and you're done.
