I have a dell latitude lm with windows 95 installed and
want to install my windows 98, but only have cd rom and
hard drive capibility. How do I do this?

Upgrade the win95 installation. If it is an OEM CD try this place
http://home.satx.rr.com/badour/html/upgrade.html

Make usre your hardware support win98 and you may want to visit dell to
ensure drivers are availabler for win98

usb card work so that I can get on line. I'm not sure of
the steps to remove win 95 so I can run the win 98 install
cd.
