XFX7800GT require BIOS changes?

I was wondering if the BIOS entry for the PCI Express Slot clockspeed needs to be changed to a value similar to the one on the XFX card(150Mhz). The overclock menu in my BIOS is set to Auto so will it automatically increase the pci express slot's clockspeed to take advantage of the overclocked XFX card? In the menu, the slot has a value of 100 Mhz.

enabling AUTO in your bios means that your mobo will automatically detect your card's clockspeed... so you don't need to switch it to 100Mhz.

EDIT:By enabling 100Mhz however means that you have underclock your card.
