Without a better idea of what she did, I would first try using the system restore points.

Ok details are very important here so complete sentences will help.
If you click shut down computer, does that happen?
The computer might need to shut down because of windows updates.
Do you have an anti-virus program running? That might be the problem.

Ya, I'm not really sure what you're trying to say here. Did you do a restore point?

Well according to her she said the computer wouldn't shut down so she left it on
She did it about 10AM when I was at school. Got home around 2:45 and than computers on and she was trying to hide something than she told me in her rage mode but than like when I moved the mouse, opened up a new window, the computer had that blue screen saying it needs to do an immediate shut down to prevent damage. 5 minutes later after it refreshed, same thing happend again.

I have an AMD processor and the motherboard had this program I used to where that it will sleep the computer if left idle for about 30 minutes.

You still didn't say if you've tried rolling back to a restore point yet.

If cpu was overheating it would have been shutting down not staying alive!
