Please unlock your shiftlock key, posting in all caps comes across as
shouting and is considered rude. Besides, an all-caps post is hard to
read.

You did right to delete those e-mails. MS does not send patches or
updates as email attachments, and anything that purports to be such
can be considered dangerous and should be deleted on sight.
