I cannot use my .jpg's [display properties] for my
desktop...it is web enabled and I have chosen iexplore to
view .jpg's...I am able to use/access the
system .bmp's...I had a problem booting my system and had
to edit the system.ini file [vcache]...could this be
why?...before doing this I could use my .jpg's...HELP!
