In device manager no problems for usb but doesnt work

Hello,
i have a question
i have an acer aspire 3810t, in device manager i did not find anu usb 2.0 errors, still when i plug in a device windows doesnt recognize anything.
dont know what to do please help

Head to acer's support site and reinstall the chipset. Doing so will refresh the USB controllers.
