The latest version of IE that you can run on Win95 is IE5.5SP2. You
can get it here: http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit

You can also run the latest version of Mozilla (www.mozilla.org) or
Netscape. Although the requirements page for Mozilla Firefox specifies
Win98, people have said here that Firefox runs fine on Win95. Firefox
is available at: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
