VPN without Servers over DSL

Looking to connect two offices via a VPN, using WinXP Pro and a DSL line.

I have a NAT and hardware firewall based router and a system dedicated
for file sharing but no Windows Server 2003 or Linux box set aside to
share connection with. (Lets say there is similar equipment on both ends.)

Oh great and powerful newsgroup Gods, please throw me a bone.
