Usb device doesnt work

Hi

I have an acer aspire 3810 t notebook

i have 3 usb ports on my laptop

one in the left side and 2 on the right side

my problem is that in the right 2 usb doesnt recognize any devices.( in device manager says the drivers are ok and work properly but still no action when inserting a stick for example or a camera), but my left usb works perfectly.

i updated the drivers still nothing

it can be an hardware problem for the 2 usb ports?

if anyone has an ideea please tell me

You might have to reinstall the drivers for the USB. Other wise it sounds as if it is a Motherboard problem. Is your comp under warranty still?

I say hardware. Does anything happen, say, when you try an external
drive, (Power light?) or an Ipod or cell phone? Is there any sign of power?
