I have downloaded MS SDK with the oleacc.dll. Where do I
install the dll so it will work. There is no readme file
telling me where to put the dll.

To get oleacc.dll, you can download Microsoft Active Accessibility 1.2 for Win95.
It is available here:
http://www.telesensory.com/download/msaardk.exe
It will install the file in the correct location (windows\system folder, if you
already have the file).

Windows places the DLL files in the Windows\System folder.

Have a look in it and you'll see plenty of them.
