I have a Dell Dimension XPS 200 MHz Pentium with MMX
technology, 64 MB SDRAM, and 4 GB hard drive. The hard
drive is divided into drives, "C and D" each has 2 GB's. I
ran out of room on the, "C" drive and got myself into
trouble by transferring first data and then programs to
the,"D" drive.

I decided to reinstall Windows 95, but first I needed to
create more space on the, "C" drive. I went through a
frenzy of deleteing programs. I think I deleted, among
others, "Internet Explorer 5.5."

I was able to reinstall Windows 95, but now I get get the
following error messages when Windows is booted:

"Loadwc.exe file is linked to missing export
SHLWAPl.DLL:wnsprintfa"

" The URLMON.D4_ file is linked to missing export
SHLWAPl.DLL:url get
location W."

"The WININET file is linked to missing export
SHLWAPl.DLL:wnsprintfw "

In addition, I can cut but not paste when using "Word 97"

Thanking you in advance,

George

Response:

Reinstall Internet Explorer, preferably version 5.5 SP2:
http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit/5.5_SP2 It's a large
download (~84MB)

I tried to reinstall Internet Explorer 5.5, and I got the
following," Setup was unable to install all of the
componets please close all the applications and try running
again."

I closed all the aplications except "Explorer,"and I still
couldn't reinstall.
