Ok so I posted here before with an Invalid System Disk on
startup. I've used the boot disks which some of you guys
recommended, thanx for that, and by playin round with these
I have made some progress. However now when the PC tries to
start windows I receive a message sayin that "this version
of windows does not run on DOS version 7.00 or earlier".
Anyone have any ideas where im goin wrong or what i can do
to get round this?????

It appears that you may have used the sys command to put an operating
system onto the harddisk and this operating system is an earlier
version of DOS. Windows 95 could run on the older DOS, but Windows 95B
brought in a new file system (FAT32) and so it became necessary to use
a new version of DOS.
