hi guys,
i have a computer at home, its amd 600mhz, 128mb, 30gig hardisk, and panasonic dvd drive, and diamondmm tnt2 card v770 ultra
i made this computer from compenents i bought in a computer show. wen i finaly tried to install linux on it, it gave me a huge problem, it would not let me load the gui cuz it says i dont have the right grafix card.. can anyone help me out w this problem.. right now i have win ME runnin on my computer... unfortunately.. i have tried red hat, suse, mandrake ... but to no success.. if anyone can help me i would be very thankful.. i tried it a few times befoer i just gave up.. i tried posting this up in linux.org, but didnt get any replies from people.. as i am new to this community here at toms hardware.. i thought i might as well try it out here..
if anyone can help this desperate soul.. ill be very thankful..

You have to download the drivers from nvidia. They are not included in Distributions because they are comercial, closed source drivers. IIRC, You'll also need to have the latest XFree86 installed which is 4.0.1 Also you should have the agp gart installed in your kernel
