Question Upgrading My HP Pavillion's Graphic Card w/ X800XT

I'm looking to upgrade my HP Pavilion a230n's graphics card.

My Current Computer specs

I would use the available 8X AGP and want to get the
ATI Radeon All-In-Wonder X800 XT

First of all, should I have any problems installing this card in my HP system?


Secondly, will the rest of my computer be a major bottleneck and not give me the real benefits of this card?

My CPU is a AMD Athlon XP 2800+2.08 GHz and running 512 MB/DDR 2700 Ram.

The only problem I can see is that you would probably need a new PSU. HP uses really low wattage PSU's for example my HP a1250n has a 250 watt PSU.
