When right clicking on an icon on the desktop, in my case Network Neighborhood, I am trying to click on properties, and nothing will happen. I can rename and do all of the other selections but not properties. This happens on all of the icons. It is like some sort of security or lockout. I am trying to network this computer with another one at home and really need to change settings such as workgroup and other settings. I started upgrading to 98 in hopes of getting rid of this problem, but then I came into other problems. One being not enough conventional memory. I fixed this then came into the error su995035 and did what the support article said to do to remedy this, but it didn't work. It said that the setver.exe file was damaged and to copy a new onto the computer. I renamed the old one and copied the new one from the 98 cd and still not luck. Can any one help.?
