It is very unlikely that a USB flash drive will work on Win95B or
Win95C, as there is limited USB support but there is no hope on
earlier versions of Win95 as there is no USB support.

I recently got a Sandisk 128MB flash drive and tried to
install it on a Windows 95C (with USB support) machine.
I loaded the Sandisk Cruzer Micro Windows 98ME driver.
Everything seemed to load OK, computer recognized new
hardware and asked for pertinent driver file locations,
which I supplied. However, on reboot, I get the error
message "USBMONIT.EXE file is linked to missing export
file USER32.DLL RegisterDevice Notification:A". At that
point I uninstalled the driver and gave up.
