I dont have a operating reboot disc computer was given to
me and windows wont load says im missing Win.com file i
need a command maybe to find it.

If you can boot to DOS, the command to find the file is
C:
CD \
DIR /S WIN.COM

You can get a utility to create a boot floppy at www.bootdisk.com
