One day 5 weeks ago my server Netzero changed the heading
in my in box from just netzero to netzeroMegaMail. Since
then unopened e-mails were removed and later found in my
outlook express, which I never use anymore. Now all new e-
mails either go to my regular in box on internet explorer
or they go to Outlook Express. If I'm away from home I
can't access my Outlook Express. Can I stop e-mails from
going to the Outlook Express

Someone or something must be running the Outlook Express for the messages to
be appearing there. That's when the messages are being deleted from the
server, as that is Outlook Express's default behavior. Look for the option
to leave messages on that server on the advanced tab of the account
properties (Accounts on Tools menu, click mail tab, select account and click
properties button). Or you could find out how Outlook Express is being run
and prevent it.

Outlook Express only collects e-mails from your ISP's mail
server when you are online and connect to your ISP mail
server with it.

If you don't use Outlook Express it won't collect any mail
and you can use the web page to manage your mail.

In short, just don't run OE while online and it won't
collect any mail.
