The new version just released, Ad-AwareSE, does not install on Windows 95; however,
the previous version 6.181 still appears to be supported, at least for now, and does
work with Win95.

The current version of SpyBot - Search and Destroy 1.3 works with Windows 95, if you
install the Winsock 2 Update for Windows 95:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/11.html

Install, update and run SpyBot Search & Destroy, scan your system, and then remove
the items in RED only.

Be sure to read the help file carefully.

If you haven't done so already, download the latest
version of Spybot from http://www.safer-networking.org/
and try it.

I prefer it to Ad-aware.
