Win95 (original) and Win95a have no USB support whatsoever. Win95b
(and Win95c) have incomplete, buggy support. Nearly all USB
peripherals specify Win98SE as a minimum requirement. Very few will
work with any flavor of Win95.

For adequate USB support, she should upgrade the system to
Windows 98 SE.

The system should be able to run it.

But don't consider Windows XP, because the system is too
old to run it.
