had a virus now explorer crashes constantly...help please

I had Java.ByteVerifier.exploit trojan .....harmless they
say....yea right....it screwed something up...this is what
i get when i do ANYTHING...open ANYTHING...it makes
explorer crash...its annoying....and microsoft doesnt
support 95 anymore...so going to them is
pointless...please can someone help me
