IDE PCI Controller Cards w/Hot-Swap Capability?

I am in the process of re-building my file server using an IDE backplane,

http://www.pc-pitstop.com/ide_raid_cages/mb810akf.asp
http://www.servercase.com/miva/miva?/Merchant2/merchant...

that has hot-swappable hard drive enclosures. I also need to make sure that I buy IDE PCI controller cards which allow the hot-swap ability. How would I know if this card supports it or if any card supports it? Or do all the new IDE controller cards now support it natively?

They don't say anything about supporting hot-swap on the page so I'm not sure. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide

thanks
