Good source of quality matte paper?

Hi,
I currently use hp everyday matte photo paper. I am happy with the
quality for
what i do. I am looking for a cheaper generic or other type of paper. The
only specs that are listed are

size 8.5 x 11 in.
thickness 6.5 mil
weight 135 g/m

No brightness, so I guess as bright as possible with this paper.

Anyone have any ideas?
