how can i uninstall win 95...nothing is working and no
uninstall option?

Whether or not it's working now, it won't work very well when you uninstall
it. Windows 95 is your operating system - without it you will be able to
boot DOS, but nothing else. Perhaps you intend to re-install it - see:
