Why is this so slow???

I have built a my own PC 4 months ago, specs are on my quote. I have noticed that it has been lagging on some games, which i did not expect it too, so i decided to benchmark it using 3D Mark 2005. On the standard settings, it produced a score of 3032, which is quite reasonable, but much lower than the 4942, which is the score of AMD X2 3800+ on TH recent CPU chart. The configuration that they used is quite similar to the one used by TH:

What is wrong?

Thanks for the advice, but i keep my PC quite secure, i doubt there is spyware. I haven't really thought about the drivers though, i'll look into that...
