I have set up my wd 250 gb sata 2 caviar 16mb cache drive.

Is there a program to test the speed test on my hd. Ive already gone to my device manager and into my serial ata controller.

when i run that speed test.. i get:

theretical limit 300
burst spped 120.1
sustained spped 59.8

Are these typical sata 2 speeds? any help would be appreciated. o and transfer mode is set to sata 2
