Possible to switch everything from current mobo to new one?

I bought a systemax PC from tigerdirect. It comes with the Bio-Star N4-SLIA9 mobo and i was wondering if it was possible to take the cpu(amd fx-60) and the rams and install it on a new mobo, like the Asus A8N32 mobo?

Of course it is possible, simply remove all the pieces and put them into another puzzle (Don't ya like that analogy?). Only thing that will change is that since you're making a heavy hardware change (according to Microsoft, pff) you will have to reactivate Windows if you already installed an OS.
