I need to reinstall Windows 95 on a home computer, but I can not locate the
CD. Is there a link where I can download a Windows 95 install CD?

No. if you want a cheap CD go to www.ebay.com

try www.winworld.vze.com and click on downloads and then click on operating
systems. download win 98 or whatever you want.

If it is a pirate site i'm sure Microsoft will have it taken down, But only
the oses that are no longer supported are available there. They advocate
that these oses be released as freeware for hobbysts, and people who are
unable to use newer operating systems. It could be a good idea as more and
more people move to linux.
