I've got two video cards in mind and I'm unsure of which on to purchase. The first one is an ATI x850 Pro 256MB AGP and second one is an ATI All In Wonder X800XL 256MB AGP. If anyone could give me some suggestion to make this decision a little easier it would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

If you can try to get a Saphire X800GTO2, these can unlock from 12 to 16 pipelines and be clocked to 850Pro or XT speeds.

If you had these two video cards in mind which would you purchase. And when you said that they're performance is about equal you mean that the two card perform about the same.

Yours and everyone's info is much appreciated,
Thanks,

You have ONLY those 2 cards to choose from?

If you cannot choose any other cards, then its a tough choice as they are very close to eachother. The higher clockspeeds of the x850pro do seem to make up for having less pipelines. the x800xl is clocked at 400mhz core and the x850pro is 507mhz... honestly, I would go with the cheaper one. Having an All-In-Wonder card would be nice too, but they usually cost more.

How come you cannot consider any other cards? Dont want to overclock?
