How many pins is the CPU? Socket 478? If you don't know, you can either run CPUID or look at the socket on the motherboard. Here's a link to CPUID (it's the best way):

If u have Socket 478, I would recommend a name brand board based on the i865PE chipset or the i875 chipset.

I used to have an MSI Neo2 i865PE board, it was frigin awesome for OC'ing. Here's a link to one very similar to it:

Overclocking the 2.0/400 might gain you a little bit in low/medium-res gaming, but your video card, although just fine for general Windows and 2d functions, needs genuine attention for any 3d game released since the year 2000-2001!

And for office work/surfing, the OC is of little consequence...

I'd not buy another socket 478 mainboard board just for an OC attempt with an older 2.0 pre-Northwood cpu....(Many newer DDR boards may not be compatible with the 400 MHz models, as some will work with 533/800 MHz fsb only...)

Personally...I'd live it with it until just too slow even for general work use, then buy a complete replacement.
