cannot left click

i'm running on win95 osr 2 i'm unable to left click even after i've changed
my mouse
Any advise on how i can fix this? thks

I suspect that you may have a hardware defect, presumably on the
motherboard. However, before drawing that conclusion, I'd try
uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse via Control Panel.
