RAM: OCZ premier series 1gig (PC3200) 1T DDR400 at DDR 333.HTT: 4x

When i try to go to 2.45 or 2.5 Ghz the games freez ....e.g Most wanted...its works perfect at 2.42 but then freezes at 2.5...also at 2.5 super pi gives an error..... 8O

I stopped at 2.4 too ı tried different settings it booted but crashed running a benchmark. Maybe it is the end of the road. ı had thought it was because of my value rams but since you have better ram and have the same problem ı will think about it. Meanwhile you don't need to add voltage to your cpu to get 2.4 ı did not and have not any problem it changes from 1.360 to 1.410 it is healthier . ı will try overclocking more when ı have better rams such as OCZ El platinium rev 2 or something

Your ht (hyper transport) speed should not go much higher than 1000mhz,try droping it to 4x (4xfsb=ht) instead of the default of 5x. If it is to high it will cause the lockups you are having.
