Hello, i have a question about which single graphics card performs better between the 7800 gtx sli and the normal 7800 gtx. Are they the same? How much more performance difference is there between a single 7800 gtx sli and the normal 7800 gtx? How much performance difference is between the duel 7800 sli and the single 7800 gtx? I would like the comments to consider games like hl2 and fear.. I was looking at the charts on teh board here and I cant make out if the duel 7800 gtx sli is getting more fps than the regular 7800 gtx.. More than likely i am confused.. Can anyone sort out this mess.. Thanks.. also i am referring ot the 256 mb versions..

Christ. Say dual 7800 GTX, or 7800 GTX SLI; not both!
Now a 7800 GTX will play most games at the max; however on games like F.E.A.R. there will be a noticable difference. You'll be running with 4X SSAA vs. 2XMSAA, at higher framerates.

Is the dual 7800 gtx different from the 7800 gtx sli? For the money which card or cards is the better choice..? a single gtx or a single gtx sli?

I think you maybe mean 7800GT and 7800GTX correct? There isn't much of a performance increase.

I think so.. so all teh 7800 are sli capable.. if you have dual cards?

Yes. SLI means you are using two nvidia cards at the same time. I use SLI and it works great; although most games it seems to be a waste; although you then have the ability to use 8X super sampling Anti aliasing. (Which I use for everything, besides F.E.A.R.)
